Relax & BBQ on comfortable deck w/ beautiful lake views and table to seat 6. Enjoy the fire-pit on the Muskoka Chairs. Important Note: Dock is usually ready for first week of May every year. Could be earlier depending on the weather. Also the City of Kawartha Lakes has a NO BONFIRE ban during April each year. So please do not do a BONFIRE.

Are you looking for some nature therapy? You'll be nestled in several acres of forest, where you can hear the birds and enjoy the private backyard. The hot tub and campfire* beckon in all seasons, and the heated inground pool is open from mid-June to Labour Day each year. We are dog friendly, but cannot accept other pets due to allergies. Solar generator and battery powered lanterns throughout the cabin for light at night. Pretty and modern outside bathroom (outhouse) located steps from cabin.

GcLittle Tourist Cabin on the Marsh

Nature enthusiasts welcome. We offer a large campsite complete with dock on a private nature reserve. Stay in a converted/restored century tourist cabin/hunt camp on the edge of Provincially Significant Wetlands & Woodlands and overlook 5 pristine acres of wetlands off the Pigeon River in the heart of the Kawarthas. All this is set on a 55 acre organic farm. We have a 10 kw solar panel, native plant nursery as well as heritage breed cattle, turkeys and chickens.

On an inlet that goes directly out on to sturgeon Lake, this 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage, is situated just minutes from the Victoria Rail Trail, perfect for snowmobiling, ATVing, hiking and biking. For snowmobiling, you can jump on the 310 or E108 OFSC Trail.

During any season of the year, this cabins surroundings will stun you. It is remote enough for peace but close enough to town for essentials.
