It is a semi-smart home that we have personally designed for intimate bonding/time with family or close friends. * Noise Levels has to be respectful to our neighbors 2 KM from the Clubhouse Amenities (i.e. bowling, billiards, pickleball, gym, etc.) are available to use for a fee 7 KM from The Outlets @ Lima 6 KM from S&R Grab Foods available 2 Restos in the Clubhouse
