With a view of the hills, flanked by woods and open pastures, the cottage includes 2 bedrooms (1 up w/Queen, 1 down w/full bed, 1 bathroom (2nd floor - shower only), kitchen/living/dining area (2nd floor), and laundry. 10% off for guests using only one bedroom (cannot be combined with other discounts). Best location, directly in the village! Formerly the Otter Ski Club, restored with cozy, bedding & linens. Step to restaurants, North Conway CC, the Village green, scenic train station, coffee shops, shops, skating, & nightlife. I do prefer to book the entire house and only use the 2 bedroom lockoff to fill openings. Kayak the Saco, adventure parks, skiing, story land, hiking, etc. READ ABOUT THE SPACE- there could be other guests on the other side of the home. PETS NEED PRIOR APPROVAL

Cozy spot for 4, plus your furry friend! (Must be 21 to check-in) Located less than a mile from Attitash Mountain Resort, this spot is home base for your next adventure. IF YOUR DOG IS JOINING YOU, please provide advanced notice, a $25/night pet fee for the first 4 nights (max$100), that rabies vaccination records be provided at check in, and that your dog have access to a crate for times that you must leave him/her behind! One dog is permitted per room, thanks for understanding.
