Em pleno campo, está, contudo, perto de auto-estradas, hipermercados, de Lisboa, das praias do Oeste (Ericeira, Santa Cruz, Peniche e Nazaré) e de pontos turísticos a visitar (Sintra, Mafra, Óbidos, Alcobaça, Batalha, Tomar, Fátima e Santarém). Is set in the heart of picturesque village of Penedo * This suite is independent of our house, what allows to our guests have more privacy * In 2024 we decided to renovate and improve the interior space and also do a completely make over of all the house exterior spaces. We offer a peaceful and well decorated space, with lots of history!

Sintra River House, a restored watermill with capacity up to 3 persons, features 1 double bedroom, 1 living room with sofa bed (Wi-Fi, AC, TV), 1 bathroom and 1 fully equipped kitchen. Fontanelas village is located in a 2min drive (1,2Km), where there are several restaurants, cafes, minimarket and pharmacy. The beach is located in a 3min (2,2Km) drive and Sintra center, 18min (10,9Km).

The container unit is private only for you. Its entrance is via the the sunroom. This sunroom, as well as laundry space, garden and backoffice / storage space is shared with the other unit (2pax) Our local community also offers a small local beach bar, a pizza place and a micro brewery & hamburger restaurant.

The property itself is very relaxing and restful, you will wake up to the birds chirping! Great for friends/couples/families looking to relax by the pool, hangout with animals (currently home to goats, chickens, ducks, turkeys, a cat, a dog, and a turtle), pick their own fruit, do some gardening, play a game of pool or pingpong, drinks by the bbq, yoga in the front yard, etc.
