Beautiful garden annex, fully equipped with the luxury of a five star hotel but with the serenity of a retreat experience. This suite consists of three interconnecting bedrooms, kitchenette and bathroom situated in a scenic countryside setting. Large garden with lots of outdoor seating and plenty of space for kids to play football, jump on the trampoline etc. No matter what season you visit Spruce lodge it has something great to offer, be it the garden in full bloom during Summer, the gorgeous Autumnal colours of Autumn, the warm romantic Winter evenings by the open fire or the awakening of nature in Spring with the dawn chorus, you won't be disappointed.

This is a unique, cosy, self contained, elevated POD set in a private garden, close to the water, overlooking Kinsale Harbour and town, in the jewel of Kinsale - Summercove. You can relax while watching the boats go by, take long coastal walks, go for a swim in the ocean, dine in the local award winning pub/restaurant (The Bulman), explore the 16th century fort (Charles Fort), take a stroll into town or an electric bike & head out exploring. The mezzanine bedroom boasts a kingsize sleigh bed , overlooking a cosy sitting room with a wood-burning stove for warming your hands and feet after a walk on the beach or a dip in the sea. For small families the sofa in the sitting room converts into a comfortable single bed. Outside the traditional coach house doors is a stone paved terrace, garden furniture & steps down to a sunken garden

Lovely refurbished, cottage (semi-d),glass front downstairs overlooking sea, stunning sea views from every room, overlooks lovely long beach. Seaview has been a family holiday home for twenty years and is much loved. Dunworley is a fabulous tidal beach and Moloneys is also lovely. There is a lively and friendly local country pub, great restaurants locally & fabulous local food produce in local co-op store. Breathtaking walks from front door. Good news we now have wifi.
