Vilnius is a great city! You are in the middle of Old town, central part of town, all entertainment is around you and in walking, no need of any transportation!. If needed better take an uber or taxify- it is cheap, good to go to airport as well. It will most likely be my mother Rose that will be meeting you and later on waving you good bye! She is a fantastic host, a traveler, former diplomat that has chosen to come back to Lithuania after more then 20 years abroad. Medieval flat in old town.

The apartment is located in the very center of Old Town, in a quiet inner yard of a medieval building called Ulrich Hozijus house, built in 1521. It was recently renovated with a lot of attention to authenticity and lighting. The apartment contains all modern facilities that you might expect. You will find plenty of bars and restaurants around. There are about 40 churches in Vilnius, and you will be looking at one of them through your room window. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare your meals (fridge, dishwasher, stove, oven, kettle, microwave etc.). Smart TV and WI-FI.

Vila MIGLA is in a very small village, in the Labanoras forest, near the lake Aisetas (16 km long). Ideal for wild nature and sport lovers. I personally in summer swim long distances in Aisetas. In winter: when there are good conditions, lake Aisetas is perfect for long distance (20-30 km) free stile skiing. Forest is good for classic skiing. Summer is good for gathering berries and mushrooms. Car drive to Vilnius center: 1.5 hour, to Kaunas center 2.0 hour, to Moletai and Utena 0.5 hour.
