This is a 1,400 sq ft private in-law apartment with your own locked entrance completely separate from the house. The 1st floor has two bedrooms with new queen beds and a full bath. The 2nd floor has a full kitchen, pull out couch, full bath and room for an inflatable bed. Child and dog friendly with pack n play and water bowls on hand. Quaint, fully equipped one bedroom Hideaway tucked away in a downtown Newport. Converted church building on Historic Registry. Small full bathroom renovated and refreshed. Close to Newport Harbor, shops & restaurants. You’ll love the place because of the location! Watch baseball from the porch. Parking is not provided, but there are paid lots less than block away. Do not bring additional guests or pets or you will be charged accordingly

Lovely private setting near beach

A five minute drive to downtown Newport, and a few minutes walk to Sachuest Beach, this above-garage guesthouse is detached from the main residence with its own private entrance. There is a large living area and a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The living room sofa converts to a bed, so the property is ideal for 2 people, however, the sleep sofa can accommodate 2 more. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 18. We are dog friendly.

Cozy 3 Bedroom, minutes from the beach & downtown

My home is a 3-Bedroom, tri-level ranch located in a quiet neighborhood just outside of downtown Newport. The best beaches on Aquidneck Island are a 5 minute drive and there is a huge back yard, complete with a brand new BBQ grill and outdoor seating. There is one king sized bed in the master bedroom, a queen in the guest room and a queen as well as a custom built in child bunk in the third bedroom. The home comfortably sleeps 6 adults and 2 children.

Best of both worlds... Steps from both Lower Thames and the Newport Harbor right outside of your font door. A cozy cottage with Newport character and rustic charm. There is a pet fee that is based on length of stay, size, breed, and number of dogs. Please forward that information when reaching out. We do have allergies, so we do require guests to take that into consideration.
