Only 40 minutes from Newport, 90 minutes from Boston, Little Compton is a coveted coastal town with farm stands, stunning beaches, a vineyard, and quaint local stores. Spend a perfect day sailing, biking, fishing, wine tasting, antique shopping, ocean swimming, stopping for ice-cream, or lingering in galleries or the outdoor Art Cafe, then return to your modern farmhouse for a meal with local farm produce on your porch overlooking your private 6.6 acres and an evening around a stone fire pit.

Welcome to our coastal paradise

Our cozy barn is the perfect place for a couple seeking a quiet getaway. We’re located down a long laneway far from the noise of the main road, just a couple miles from the public beach. This is an easy access 1st floor apartment (no steps) with a fully accessorized kitchen, complete with washer/dryer, dishwasher, central AC. The bedroom offers a memory foam queen sized mattress and premium bedding. Twin-sized sleeper sofa also available if traveling with a child.

Brithaven Farm

Brithaven Farm is on 28 acres of fields, woods meadows and gardens. We are just 2 miles from East Beach and the Allen's Pond Wildlife Sanctuary. We are completely private from the road and reached by a long laneway through woods which opens up to fields and meadows The rental has 2 decks, one with a large awning with dining table and chairs to lounge and take in the view. There is an open plan living, dining kitchen area with french doors leading to the deck.

Sakonnet Bungalow by the Vineyard

Come and get cozy at our home away from home! Enjoy the quaintness of the Town of Little Compton, visit the local coffee shops, greenhouses, and learn about the local history at the center of town! Then mosey through the grass led ease-way where you will find yourself at Sakonnet Winery! Access to beach, close to town commons, farmers market and Sakonnet and Westport wineries among other special spots. Wonderful walking and biking area. Perfect for couples or a small family to get away. Special note...Memorial Day to Columbus Day house includes a beach pass to Briggs beach. More info will be shared as needed.

Winter monthly rates do not include utilities.

Private entrance to the full 1st floor with an ocean view in quiet neighborhood. The apartment features a bedroom with full sized bed, private bathroom, private living room with dining area, gas fireplace, tv and couch. Washer/dryer, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and hot plate included are in the apartment. There also is an additional outdoor H/C shower, private patio and gas grill.
