This peaceful lakefront cottage with a beautiful lake view and steps to the water has a private dock with your own private boat ramp so bring your boat! You can also rent a boat at one of Lake Murray's many boat rental companies. Very large yard so you can enjoy family games and cook outs. We are pet friendly and welcome your pets! Minutes from local shopping and restaurants. I do accept monthly stays.

Enjoy this cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom family home on an acre lot on Lake Murray with BIG views in Chapin. This 1,355 square foot house has a large family room with big lake views, dining room with a gas fireplace, and the kitchen has peninsula bar seating for four including all major and small appliances. The first bedroom has a queen size bed, the second has a twin bunk + a twin trundle. The Master Suite has a queen size bed + TV, walk-in closet, private bathroom, laundry and exterior access.

This captivating property has it's own private boat ramp and dock, however for larger boats, the Dreher Island boat ramp is less than half a mile away. 3 Bedroom Bungalo Type Guest Home almost in the Lake. You can almost hang your legs off the back deck into the clean water of Lake Murray or just watch people put their boats in just across the lake at the public landing on Wessinger Road. The no wake buoys are a 10 second swim from the floating dock where you can tie up your boat or your rental pontoon. If you brought or rented 1 Jet ski you can park right at the dock on the floating platform. This is one of the closer homes to Columbia.
