Only 15/20min drive to all main attractions: Lake Placid, Whiteface, Adirondack Loj and Marcy Dam. A bright and peaceful oasis to unwind from your ADK adventures with a view of the mountains from your bed, the deck, or fire pit. A Mountain View Chalet is nestled on the wooded hillside of Juniper Hill in Wilmington, NY. The chalet has a spectacular view of and short drive to Whiteface Mountain. This chalet is also a scenic, 15 minute drive to Lake Placid. This charming A-frame is picturesque and reminiscent to the setting of a hallmark movie. Whether you cozy up inside next to the fireplace, gazing out the window at Whiteface, or gather around the fire pit making memories and s'mores, you are going to love this chalet!

High Peaks Artist's Loft

The High Peaks Artist’s loft is a converted mechanics shop located conveniently right in Keene. The space has been decorated by two artists and includes original paintings and decorations. This is a generous studio space with a well-equipped kitchenette, bathroom with a shower, pool table, lounge area and large projection screen. When you are ready to turn in for the night, we hope you will enjoy the newly created sleeping loft. If the weather is nice there is also a fire pit for you to use!

Dog friendly private suite

This is an older style motel with a covered porch along the front. We converted 2 rooms into a small suite by adding a French door to connect them. We also added a back door that opens up directly into a fenced in yard that is private and surrounded by woods. The motel is set back off the road right next to a trail head. There is a total of 4 single rooms and the dog friendly suite on the end. Ideal location if traveling with a group or need a place to meet up with the whole family.

Situated directly by the Ausable River and surrounded by beautiful vineyards and gardens you will be immersed in nature at any time if the year. It's sure to restore the soul. The gentle rumble of the river is ever present as you look out over the natural beauty. During the summer cool off in the river and come back to the screened in porch for an evening meal. In the winter fire up the pellet stove and get cozy. 15 minutes to Whiteface and Keene and 25 Minutes to Lake Placid.

The Shepherd's Crook at Blue Pepper Farm

Tucked in the woods on our working sheep farm, our off-grid tiny house is the perfect escape and stepping stone into the Adirondack mountains for hiking, skiing, and snowshoeing. Enjoy the coziness of the Crook between forays into our north country wilderness! What you will find: adventure, peace, quiet, woodstove, candles, down blanket, fire pit, privacy, composting outhouse, firewood for sale. **Please note there is NO electricity and NO running water. Akin to glamping!

JUNIPER HILL a-frame

Juniper Hill A-frame is a newly renovated 1968 Adirondack A-frame that is loaded with character and charm. This tiny 700 square foot space is cozy and located with direct views of Whiteface Mountain. Two bedrooms/one bathroom situated on a large parcel of land complete with Christmas tree farm, fire pit, and large front deck. You won’t want to leave, but if you do, the A-frame is within walking, biking or driving distance to just about everything.

Pigeon Hill cozy studio

Cozy studio apartment situated overlooking the Ausable River, within walking distance of downtown Au Sable Forks, and a short drive to hiking, biking, fly fishing and everything the Adirondacks has to offer. Recently we renovated the deck area and installed a new queen sized bed upstairs.
