Nearby you can take a picturesque stroll through Iffley Village & along the canal to the city centre, which takes approx. 50 minutes. Rose Hill is conveniently located just off a dual carriage way for easy access by car or public transport to Science Park and BMW Oxford. Free on-street parking is available anytime.

Safe, quiet and clean with a big balcony it is ideal for small families or professionals. It is a flat in a block at Rose Hill, near Iffley Lock with beautiful walks into town along the canal. Regular buses very close to the flat take you to central Oxford in 15 minutes. Local shops 50 yards and supermarket within a short walking distance. There is a community centre with fields and a playground nearby. Oxford is a perfect biking area. The flat is near lots of parks. Parking is secure.

Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.
