It has a staircase that leads to a gallery landing and mezanine bedroom, with a king size bed, and en-suite shower room. A self-contained river-facing apartment 50m from the centre of Llangollen. There is direct access out onto the promenade and thence to all the pubs, restaurants and cultural delights of the town.
