The room is located in the historical centre of the village in a secluded and silent courtyard and suits couples, private retreats and families...It can be an ideal starting point for day trips on foot, relax and cultural tours on the shores of Lake Como as it is situated within distance from Como (15 km) and Bellagio (20 km). The village is located 600 meters above sea level. The lake can be reached by car in 10 minutes. Parking is outside the village, a 5-minute walk away.The route is uphill.

We live in Menaggio, in a big house with garden, close to the bus hub, the supermarket and the beach. Every room is spacious and light-filled. Enjoy your breakfast in the living room or on the terrace. Our place is ideal for couples, bicycle riders or small groups who love trekking. In our house we offer three rooms, available independently: 1) Twin beds with priv. bathroom 2) Twin beds with shared/priv. bathroom 3) Single bed with private ensuite No kitchen facilities.
