Your suite with breakfast in the heart of Orkney

Welcome to Heima - Norse for 'at home'. Guests have exclusive use of their own entrance, bathroom, relaxing bedroom and own garden. The separate Breakfast Room has panoramic views. From 18.00-22.00, it is available for carry-in meals with the Sitting Room which has a log fire. Heima is a 19th Century cottage with a 21st Century extension. Hilary and Edward have strong family roots in Orkney. You can expect to be hosted generously with a light touch in the quiet beauty of Orkney.

The entirety of Lochend Lodge is wheelchair friendly with a wide wooden walkway directly leading from the car park. Our unique little gem awaits you!

On the outskirts of the historic town of Stromness in the West Mainland of Orkney, this single-story barn conversion has one bedroom, an open-plan living/dining/kitchen space, and a bathroom with bath and walk-in shower. All on one level, the property is wheelchair accessible throughout. It has stunning views across Hoy Sound and out to the open Atlantic. Parking is available right outside, but if you visit without a car, regular buses from Stromness go to all areas of Orkney.

Norvald - Farm stay in Birsay with beautiful views

Located on a working croft, Norvald is the ideal location for a peaceful holiday. The house is situated on a hillside with spectacular views of the sea and surrounding countryside. Within a 20 minute walk you have Skara Brae visitor centre and within 25 minutes drive you can access nearly all of the Historic Scotland sites Orkney has to offer. Along with this there is the opportunity to explore the surrounding countryside with a range of coastal and local footpaths where you will see an array of birds and wildlife

BERRISCUE HOUSE - ENTIRE COTTAGE - THURSO

Berriscue House is a beautiful, bespoke cottage - located in the centre of Thurso, hidden away from the world with a large walled garden and private entrance. Five minute walk from the beach. Everything you need for a cosy Scottish retreat! If booking the same day after 6pm please message as it may still be possible to book. If you require the extra bed in the living room, you must tell us in your initial message so we know to prepare this for you.
