(Jan ‘24) Enjoy your visit to Paris staying in this lovely 2 bedroom, 1 bath home located conveniently in town! 4 guests can sleep comfortably in 2 queen beds, and a futon is available in the office with space to sleep one child. The home has spacious and inviting common areas, including a full kitchen, laundry room, and dedicated office! The home has a brand new shower installed Jan ‘24, a swing added to the beautiful pecan tree out back, as well as other minor updates.

The Juniper House, house tucked in the trees

Tucked into the trees, this simple little house is even more private than our other listing, but just a few hundred feet away. Same great views and access to local mountain bike trails, hiking, fishing, etc. The horse and donkey love to eat out of your hand and you can arrange to meet the pig, other critters, and see the food and flower truck patch upon request. 1 bedroom 1 bath with queen bed in bedroom and queen sleeper sofa in living area. Smart TV with free streaming. Gas grill and fire pit on deck. Fully equipped kitchen with drip coffee maker and complimentary coffee, creamer and sugar. Campfire ring down by the water. Pet friendly with additional fee. Very quiet and peaceful and at the dead end of a well maintained 4.5 mile dirt road. Smoking OUTSIDE ONLY a $150 fee will be charged if there's a smell of cigarette smoke inside.
