If exploring is your thing...check out the Ohio Caverns just a few miles down the road. Downtown Bellefontaine is only ten minutes away with lots to offer such as, great eateries, one-of-a-kind shops and boutiques.

Escape to our charming cottage, just steps away from beautiful Indian Lake. Our cozy space is perfect for those looking for a peaceful getaway, with all the comforts of home. Relax on the deck with a glass of wine, take a stroll to the lake, or enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub. Inside, you'll find a comfortable living room, fully-equipped kitchen, and two cozy bedrooms. Whether you're here to fish, swim, boat, or simply relax, our cottage is the perfect place to unwind and make memories.

Tiny House Refuge

The Tiny House Refuge is great for a weekend get away or a few days just to experience first hand, Tiny House living. The house is located at the top of Mad River Ski resort and is a short walk to the top of the ski lift. Bedding and linens are only provided for two guests. Enjoy a day of skiing or exploring Ohio Caverns and come home to make a meal in the a kitchen equipped with utensils, toaster oven, fridge, hot plate, pots, pans, and a microwave. Enjoy an evening campfire as well!

Bring the whole family or group of friends to this great cottage with lots of space for fun! Enjoy the open dock if bringing a boat with patio seating and fireplace right on the water. Also you could relax and soak up the sun or cast a line out on the lake. Inside the cottage you will enjoy 180 degree views of the lake, a large gas fireplace, games for all ages, a built-in bar, and a jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom. This spacious cottage has multiple areas for your guests to enjoy!

Enjoy Fly fishing or throw in the Canoe or Kayak right from the property. Grab the snowboard and skis and head to Mad River Mountain Ski Resort 15 mins away. Bike the Simon Kenton Trail to the highest point in Ohio. Those of you who can work remotely and want to get away, this is for you! Enjoy being in town close to it all!

Owner of Rusty Fig Redesign, interior designer Janet and her two sons purchased the Tiny House and rehabbed it to the wonderful adventure it is today. Come stay at our family labor of love!
