Bannister Homestead is located in Guthrie, 13 blocks to the center of town and 5 blocks to The Cottonwood Flats, close to Stillwater, Langston, OKC, and Green Shoes. It has modern conveniences, but also all the original charm of yesterday. This home is cozy, CLEAN, and relaxing. Paved driveway for offstreet parking with fenced back yard. Large front porch for relaxing. The home was used in the creation of U-Tube Video "I Want to be a Kid Again" and production set for the movie, "The One."

Plenty of room for your horse trailer or motor home and a 60 foot corral for your horse.
