Grandma's House at Jordan Valley

Come and relax in the peaceful surroundings of this rural destination. Nestled on the outskirts in the popular Loess Hills of western Iowa the views of nature are sure to inspire. We have built our very roomy home to resemble a barn. Having raised our 13 children here we have some empty space. Grandpa and Grandma's apartment is a very inviting homey atmosphere for any one passing through or planning a lengthier stay in our area you will be happy with our family friendly accommodations & price.

Charming cottage nestled in Omaha's vibrant Benson neighborhood, near 60th & Manderson. 15 mins Downtown, Convention center, ball park, Zoo & Museums Perfect for a quiet getaway, romantic retreat or extended work stay with a mix of privacy & convenience. Fully equipped kitchen, modern bath, comfortable bed, easy to use gas fireplace (off during hot summer months) and Hot tub for 2 on private deck. Benson is known for it's live music, unique restaurants, craft breweries and local shops.

Grain Bin Getaway

Nestled at the foot of the Loess Hills, this repurposed grain bin is a sight to see. Every inch of the inside has been customized for a relaxing and luxurious experience. Conveniently located just 30 minutes from downtown Omaha, as well as within a quick drive to numerous state parks. There is even an external electrical hook up for campers. Finally, our grain bin includes 20 acres of the Loess Hills to explore. We recommend hiking to the top of the ridge for sunset. It's breath taking.

Cozy Lakeside Cottage for Families and Fun Seekers

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful lake cottage or take a needed solo getaway. Views of Lake Manawa and steps away you can put in your kayak or throw out a fishing line. Amazing trails nearby that connect to Wabash Trace, downtown Omaha, the Riverfront, and more. We had fun decorating the cottage with local art. Very close to I29 and I80, Iowa West Field House/Sports Plex, Iowa Western, Creighton, Henry Doorly Zoo, Lauritzen Gardens, Old Market, CHI Center, and so much more.

Three kings (master on main level with ensuite bath), two queens, full kitchen and 3 full baths. Relax in a rocker on the porch, rejuvenate with a hike in the Loess Hills, or cruise one of three Iowa Scenic Byways.

Mae & Mia’s Sweet Escape

Escape to this sweet, cozy cottage bursting with charm in the heart of Council Bluffs. Walking distance to historic downtown (100 Block) provides easy access to food, entertainment, and business. A 10-minute drive will get you to downtown Omaha for more amenities. The single bedroom and living room with pull-out bed will accommodate 4 travelers with room to spare if pets are traveling too! Fully fenced yard will keep them safe while offering ample space to run, fetch or relax.

The Hidden Garden at Blackstone

Newly renovated second floor of a carriage house located on a historic property in the popular Blackstone District. Shares an acre of land with the main house, built in 1892 and occupied by the owners. Although situated in the middle of the city, the unit feels secluded from its urban environment and looks out onto a garden surrounded by trees, shrubs and flowers and is in walking distance to many restaurants and bars in both the Blackstone District and Midtown Crossing.

Hilltop Hospitality House

Remodeled split-entry "Hilltop Hospitality House" was my childhood home. One hour from Omaha in the lovely Loess Hills, with beautiful lake and valley views, (sleeps ten). Three queen beds, one double bed, one sofa sleeper, full kitchen, two full baths, laundry, a spacious open floor plan for large groups, and a large deck overlooking my friendly hometown, this is a great space for groups and family gatherings. Nice studio apartment above the garage rents separately.

Relax on your getaway with a massage in the leather chair, located blocks from our historic downtown area with multiple restaurants, park and health center, short drive to Willow lake. Parking includes a one car garage and 2 outdoor spaces. Come enjoy the small town peaceful life.

The Stewart House

Welcome to our family home, designed & built by Dr E R Stewart in 1911, & owned by 4th gen Stewarts, great-grandson Jon, and wife, Mary. The Stewart House, conveniently located, is in easy walking of distance of historical downtown Blair. Nearby attractions: Loess Hills, Desoto National Wildlife Refuge, Ft. Atkinson, Wash. Co. Museum, College World Series, Old Market, Henry Doorly Zoo, Lauritzen Gardens, & Buffet's Meetings!
