We have a 1000 sqft two bedroom basement apartment ( 12 steps) with a separate entrance, full kitchen, with a gas fire place and one bathroom. Ten acre farm with cows, dogs, goats and chickens. Collect the fresh eggs from the hens and feed the animals. Yellow Springs is near by. Buck Creek State Park and lake is within a 10 minute drive. Bring your boat we have plenty of parking available. No parties are allowed on this property!

This Duplex was built in the early 1900s, we are having a lot of fun breathing new life into this old beauty. This unit does have stairs. We are excited to open up our 3rd Airbnb in Urbana, Ohio.
