This quaint and cozy cottage is steps from the Mullica River and 1 mile from Historic Batsto Village and the Sweetwater Riverdeck & Marina. This property offers direct backyard Mullica River access for swimming, fishing, kayaking, canoeing. There are kayaks and a canoe on site available for guest use. Property also has a riverside fire pit with Adirondack chairs.

The Lighthouse - private lock and key room in my home on the third floor with private entrance. Private bath with rain shower. Living area, chair and couch, large closet, reading nook, dining table with 2 chairs. Kitchenette w fridge, toaster oven, coffee maker, pur water filter, dishes, glasses, silver, microwave, dish towels, cleaning supplies. Queen bed with brand new mattress ! Welcome to Sea Haven! Take off your shoes and put your car keys away; you will not be needing either at this tranquil oasis in the center of Beach Haven, NJ. One block away from 8 of the best restaurants on LBI. Two blocks to the bay, 5 blocks to the beach. Fire up the grill and relax around the fire pit as the sun sets over the bay. Relax every evening with two outside sunset decks.
