Gorgeous, cosy waterfront property with amazing views over bay. Enjoy access to bay, ocean, beautiful beaches, and Barnegat Lighthouse. Bring your own boat, kayaks and explore the waterways! Bring your own bicycles to explore the island by land. *this is our private family home, not a hotel. Please respect it and treat it as you would your own home. **guests who leave the home messy (especially the kitchen) will be charged for any extra cleaning. Charming & Whimsical Historic River Home

Built in 1836, welcome to our river home. Step right into the sun filled living room with wood floors, wood beam ceiling and a wood fireplace. As you make your way through the first level, you will find a mudroom with exterior access and an adjoining half bathroom, a dinning room and a kitchen with access to the outdoor deck and large fenced back yard. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms and one extra room, along with a bathroom. The rooms are surrounded with both garden and river views.

Welcome to our waterfront beach house—no extra fees & brand-new AC units in every bedroom, plus central air throughout. 2 minutes to the bay & 5 miles to LBI. family-friendly neighborhood known for its views, cleanliness, & comfort. Walk paths near, bay beach 2 mi away, & a plaza 1 mi away w/bagels, pizza, a market, & an urgent care. Relax by the fire pit or take out the pedal boat—both included. 2 beach cruiser bikes are also avail for guest use (at your own risk). Event friendly-ask!
