It's almost like being on a houseboat, and you can fish right from the deck! Kayaks are provided. Relax, swim, boat, or fish with otters, beavers, sea lions, owls, herons and more! We are located in the Pacific flyway for migrating birds, so the winter birds are delightful. If you like wine, there are dozens of wineries nearby.

Relax and rejuvenate your spirit in this uniquely designed home, situated under a canopy of sprawling oaks. It has incredible panoramic views of Mt. Diablo and the surrounding valley, and multiple areas to relax. Hang out on the deck with a glass of wine, take a dip in the refreshing salt-water pool, or just melt away in our therapeutic cave spa. Centrally located in the East Bay just minutes from Lafayette, Walnut Creek, Berkeley and ~35 minutes from San Fran.

Cozy Cottage Near the River

Clean and private, a standalone dwelling separated from my own residence by a parking pad. Small 2bd/1bath cottage. A 2 minute walk to the Sacramento River, bars, and restaurants. Boat launch is practically across the street. The kitchen is stocked with plates, silverware, pots, coffee maker, etc. (Just please clean up after yourself) There is WiFi, but it is not always reliable so I haven’t listed it as an amenity but it usually works well for the tv.
