A quaint, seaside village located on the South Shore of Long Island, Bellport Village has long been a destination for both day trippers and summer residents. It offers a variety of shopping and dining experiences, along with one of the most well-known summer theatres in the region, the Gateway Playhouse. Bellport is one of the rare municipalities with its own golf course, private Fire Island ocean beach lovingly referred to as "Ho-Hum Beach" as well as a bay side beach named "Mother's Beach".

Centrally located to all attractions, yet just far enough removed to offer the best of country life. The Grace and Favor Suite offers a large one bedroom (queen size bed) with seating area and private bath on the ground level. We make every effort to offer the best in hospitality while allowing our guests the most amount of privacy. Mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker, fresh fruit, cream, yogurt and fresh bake good are found in your room at checkin. Friendly sheep will greet you on arrival.

This room rate does not include a $21 per night Urban Fee + Sales Tax or a $2/night NYC Occupancy Fee for suites. Credit card deposits are released in 1–3 business days; debit card deposits in 7–10 days, depending on your bank. Must be 21+ to check-in. Thanks to modern technology, bookings can be made any time of day or night and guests can access their rooms almost immediately using the smart-lock code sent to their email.
