Come hang out at the River House.   The property has a  private feel and is on the Great Columbia River.  In Back of home is the Warrenton river walk . PET free- due to the co-occupant has pet allergies or other health issues exacerbated by pets. Just Beachy

Relax with the whole family in this beautiful 3000 square foot home. 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, fully modern kitchen, and a rumpus room with air hockey table. There is a sleeper sofa in the rumpus room, however it's not zoned as a bedroom. Plenty of parking available, with a car charger and direct beach access. No pets permitted and absolutely no cleaning of clams inside the house.
