Moosu Guest House and Spa, Cedar Hot Tub and Sauna

Moosu Guest House is a railroad style cabin designed for two people with 12 foot ceilings and floor to ceiling windows in the bedroom for a superb stargazing experience. The private outdoor spa features a salt water cedar hot tub and barrel sauna. Turkish spa towels and cozy robes are provided to complete the spa experience. As part of your stay you will be welcomed with a package including coffee from Nelson’s two iconic roasters Oso Negro and No6 Coffee Co, and tea from Nelson’s Virtue Tea.

Next to the rail-trail, 30min to Nelson, central to 2major ski areas and 5min. from night skiing in Salmo, close to many beautiful lakes in the area. Relax at your own private beach 5 minutes down the trail or enjoy the private hot tub for those tired muscles. Enjoy the large yard and beautiful gardens or chef up a meal in the fully equipped kitchen.

A Peaceful and Private Studio Suite

A beautiful suite nestled in nature. It is located just outside of Balfour with access to the ferry landing, balfour store, a gas station and bakery. Ainsworth Hotsprings is a short 15 min drive, Kokanee Creek Provincial Park is 10 minutes away and Balfour Golf Course is even closer! Nelson and all its amenities is about a 25 minute jaunt. 4 wheel drive is recommended during winter weather as the last little stretch is a little steeper. Winter weather can be unpredictable.

They are tucked up on the mountain side: a scenic 10 minute drive from Nelson, 20 mins to White Water ski resort rd. . Directly across from the entrance to Ainsworth Hot Springs and situated on Kootenay lake. The suite is spacious and features incredible lake and mountain views, a private deck, a fully equipped kitchen, and private access to a secluded beach. It is the perfect, quiet get-away. This space is in a private location and has a full kitchen, outdoor kitchen with bar, bathroom with shower, propane furnace, 40" t.v.'s , Netflix, wifi, electric fireplace, covered carport and a big deck. You will also find a custom made wood fired hot tub steps away from the door. Downtown Nelson is a 5 minute drive and 20 minutes to Whitewater Ski Resort.
