Inside, you'll find a kitchen equipped with all the essentials, including the appliances shown and a coffee machine/toaster. 50-inch TV in living for your entertainment, while the master bedroom features a king-size bed and a 40-inch TV. The guest bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed, and for additional sleeping, there's a sleeper sofa in the living room.

The Ginocchio Meyer Home

Welcome! We want to share a bit of history with you! Enjoy a once in a lifetime experience staying at this unique & intricate beautiful 1890’s home. In the 1890’s Charles Ginocchio, owner of the Ginocchio Hotel and the Ginocchio home, had this home built by C. G. Lancaster for Emile Meyers, who operated a saloon in the hotel. Emile, an immigrant from Alsace-Lorraine continued to work at the hotel for many years. During the prohibition era, he converted the saloon into a soda fountain.

Maybe I'm a little partial, but I really have to pinch myself when I go visit Callie's cottage. Imagine...a beautiful country road, quiet except for the occasional sound of a cow. A cottage tucked into an abundance of trees, wrap around porch, flagstone firepit area, patio lights strung across the yard, antique mantle with gas fire, crystal chandelier, beadboard from an 1800's farmhouse, a tub big enough for two, the lushest bedding, classical music plays, sweets served. Deep sigh.

Welcome to our humble cottage, built in 1946 and lovingly restored, retaining many of the original details. Tall windows dominate all of the rooms, letting in light that is filtered through the shade of the old live oak trees in the front and the huge pecan tree in the back. We have recently rejuvenated the kitchen and bathroom and our guests ❤️the results. We love clean. We are proud of our 133 consistent 5 star ratings for cleanliness!
