Also very close are LeTourneau University and the medical district, including both Christus Good Shepherd and Longview Regional hospitals. This is a 552sqft apartment within our home. It has a completely private driveway and entrance and secure locking interior door between units. One of the features we think you'll most enjoy is the spacious shower with all the hot water you could want! The kitchenette is ready for a bit of cooking if you like. In addition to the King bed, the sofa folds into a bed suitable for an older child or young adult, and a twin mattress on the floor is available upon request.
