This home is on Puget Island in the Columbia River with water front property, a dock, newly developed home with hip styling, a foodie equipped kitchen. The landscaping is incredible! This spot is an idyllic island getaway overlooking a pristine section of the Columbia River, at the mouth of an inlet with a protected dock off the main river current. A great adventure basecamp for boaters, anglers, kayakers, and Jones Beach OR the kite boarding destination is at the eastern part of the island.

Loft in Kenton- Hot tub, MAX line, Weed friendly

House with 650 sq ft and patio to yourself. The loft, with vaulted ceilings and beautiful tile and woodwork throughout, is settled behind the main house, and includes a comfortable king bed, modern decor, fold down couch, well functioning kitchen, and access to hot tub. Kenton has great food, retail shops, and bars two blocks away, and guests are a short MAX train ride to Downtown. LGBTQ+ and rec. marijuana friendly. River House! Right on the banks of the Nehalem with creeks on both sides. Our location is just a mile off of Hwy 26 & 22 miles from the coast Hwy 1. We have nicer weather here with swimming and fishing right on the property. Our location is close to neighbors and a small grocery, but once in the house you will be facing the river for fishing, swimming and lolling about. There is a little cottage that we live in so you might see my wife and I puttering around, but we respect your privacy.

St. Helens, this 700 square foot, two-bedroom, one-bathroom cottage is a true gem. The house boasts a fully fenced yard, a delightful patio area with a BBQ and a picnic table, and a charming outdoor fire pit for those perfect evenings when conditions allow (No Burn Ban). Mt. St. Helens is 51 miles from the house. Mt. Rainier national park is 83 miles.
