Secluded private suite, separate private entrance, 6 acres of a smoking free property. Contactless check in key pad. Large windows, electric kettle, pour over coffee maker. Franconia Notch, 10-15 minutes drive to hiking, skiing at Loon or Cannon , 30 min to Waterville Valley. Snowshoe out the door by the river. My Swiss heritage makes me a supurb cleaner. Wifi. Parking.
