Exclusive house composed of 2 bedrooms with the bathroom in the room and a 3rd room at the ground floor in the library which has the bathroom on the floor. Kitchen with washing machine and oven, a large lunchroom with a large rustic fireplace in typical Tuscan style, a wooden library and a living room with a comfortable sofa. There is a big garden with table, chairs and an outdoor kitchen. Possibility of tastings in the cellar with visits of the vineyards and the ancient barrique.

Antica chiesa sconsacrata risalente ai primi del 900, originariamente costruita come cappella privata di Villa Philipson. Chiesino Dei Vaioni ha una struttura a loft con due camere matrimoniali su due soppalchi distinti. All’esterno cucina con forno a legna, giardini privato con viale alberato ed oliveto. I cancelli e le scale interne furono costruiti dalla Antica Fonderia Michelucci. Chiesino Dei Vaioni è immerso nella campagna toscana a pochi minuti dalla città.

E' un appartamento facente parte di una tenuta completamente recintata di 60 ettari di natura incontaminata: più di 1000 ulivi, innumerevoli cipressi e foreste profumate creano un ambiente idilliaco per coloro che ricercano tranquillità e silenzi. La tenuta Palmierina è in prossimità di Castelfalfi (un vero gioiello di architettura medievale) e nelle vicinanze di Firenze (50 Km), Siena (50 Km), Pisa (50 Km). Nelle vicinanze ci sono due campi da golf.
