Located 7 miles north from the airport ferry terminal, 10 miles north of downtown, and 5 miles from Knudson Cove and Clover Pass. One bedroom with a queen and a queen pull-out couch in living room. Single cot available upon request. Three couches and a smart TV. Kitchenette has cooking utensils/equipment, coffee maker, microwave, rice cooker, hotplate, electric skillet, ect. NO STOVE. The “Diamond House” was built in the 80's by a local man named Mr. Diamond who was known for his smoked fish.

Here you will find custom built in cabinetry, new flooring, exposed wooden beams, built in full size bed, a sparkling fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, gas stove and washer and dryer. My tiny space is not a stand alone building. It’s a converted apartment with the idea of turning dreary into stunning. Water views and two minutes to the bus stop. Walking distance to town. Smart car rental available.

Top cruise ship stop for Totem pole parks, fish hatcheries, Misty Fjords, Kayak tours, etc. Upstairs bedroom sleeps 6 with twin bunks/trundles. 2 downstairs BR each with queen/twin. 2 full bathrooms. Sandy beach 5 steps from lower deck.

The Captain Suite

This craftsman style suite will have you feeling as if you were aboard a ship, sleeping in a comfy bed, looking up at the beautiful handcrafted wooden ceiling sourced from local red and yellow cedar. Local woods are showcased throughout the home. With beach access across the street at Rotary Beach (AKA "Bugge's Beach" to locals) and a beautiful walking path, you have plenty of activities to fill your time. And if it happens to be a rainy day, you have a covered porch to enjoy the ocean air!

Just a short walk from Knudson Cove Marina this is a fisherman’s paradise! The living room features a 55” TV, large sectional couch and a futon. Enjoy a full kitchen with bar seating and a dining table. Outside, the covered deck is surrounded by trees and includes a BBQ, outdoor seating, and a chest freezer for your catch. Located just south of the Mountain Point boat launch, this full stocked apartment offers spectacular views of the ocean. Beach access is just down the road at Rotary Beach. Spend your day watching the whales, eagles, and fishing boats from the comfort of the couch or catch the city bus right in front of the house and be in town a few minutes.

Perched above Married Man's Trail , directly overlooking the Salmon Ladder waterfall. Prime viewing for eagles and salmon jumping in the stream directly below. Steps away from everything in downtown Ketchikan. Note: Your host lives upstairs, and there is a very friendly pug and also a frenchie in her unit that you might see in passing.

Comfortable 2 Bedroom Apartment

Our apartment is a basement 2 bedroom, down 12 stairs. We live in a very quiet and nice neighborhood. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, off street parking, Smart TV, and laundry facilities.There are two bedrooms, a single cot in the laundry space and a fold out chair bed.
