With snowmobile and ATV trails right out the front door you can enjoy the beautiful trail system of Tug Hill, along with 1000’s of acres of state land to enjoy hunting and fishing all within a quick easy drive of this sportsman paradise. We are also located just a short distance from world renowned salmon fishing in Pulaski, and access to beautiful Lake Ontario, and sandy pond. There is no limit to any outdoor activities with this location.

The location boasts excellent access for recreation on Tug Hill, and we’re situated nicely to enjoy all the other great outdoor recreational activities that Northern NY state offers, including the Adirondack mountains, Lake Ontario, and the 1000 Islands areas. The property is located within 5 miles of two marinas, along with The Elms Golf Club and is located on Lindsey Creek, that has access to North and South Sandy Pond, as well as Lake Ontario via canoe or kayak. Amenities include: washer, dryer , fully equipped kitchen, bedding, towels, wood . A great multi season property. We offer a one canoe for use. We also have wi fi and tv.
