We hope you enjoy our beautiful Playa Negra home, as we enjoy sharing it with others while we travel. Gated community and very safe. Short walk to three beaches including a top surf beach, plus a small pool in our garden. We are digital nomads so we have 100mbps fiber optic internet, plus a backup internet, and a battery backup system, so overall really reliable work from home setup. Furniture is all new, couches, mattresses, etc., so super comfy!

This is one of three villas in a compound. We are located 1.6 Km from Playa Negra, Guanacaste. Beaches Junquillal and Avellanas are just a 10 minute drive away.
