*Please note our change in policy. We now only accommodate 2 guests and no pets. Modern, comfortable and private in a residential part of town. Use of decking area for those nice warm days. Easy parking off street. Owners live on site and are available most of the time. A key safe is in place if needed. 3 restaurants within 5 minutes walk as is the West beach. Moray Golf Club's 2 courses just a 4 minute walk and visiting golfers are welcome although sometimes it takes a bit longer to get home🍷

The guest suite is on ground floor, double room, bathroom, large living room which includes a double sofa bed. Access to decking area with views across the beach. Tea & Coffee facilities with fridge & microwave oven. Included in your stay is fresh milk & home bakes. One well behaved dog is welcome. Pet fee will be added at time of booking.

Fisherman’s Rest, Lossiemouth (gorgeous hide-away)

Dating from 1867, it is beautifully furnished in a coastal style with a spacious double bedroom and a bright open plan kitchen/dining/living area. An ideal property for a couple looking for a relaxing escape. Centrally situated, it's a few minutes walk from the harbour, marina, 2 gorgeous sandy beaches and local restaurants, cafes, shops and pubs. The famous Moray Golf Club with 2 18 hole courses is just 2 minutes drive away.

Furnis Villa for a relaxing stay

The upper two floors of Furnis Villa, a 150 year old detached three storey sandstone house centrally located in a quiet three house cul-de-sac. Recently renovated and furnished to a high standard. Very comfortable to live in and ideal for a few nights or a longer stay. The entrance is at the rear and accessed along the alleyway to the left of the property (NOT the ground floor front door). Sealladh Mara Portessie is a stunning coastal cottage situated directly on the seafront with spectacular views across the Moray Firth. Providing flexible accommodation for up to 8 people, the property presents couples, friends, families and those with pets a cosy and comfortable stay. Guests can appreciate the peaceful location, whilst still being close to local amenities and the numerous attractions nearby, as well as providing an excellent base for exploring further afield in Scotland.

Beautiful Seaview Townhouse

Set in the lovely town of Lossiemouth, this wee house is terrific for a relaxed time out by the sea. With a great and spacious open plan living room/ kitchen and stunning sea views from the main bedroom, our home is the perfect place for some time out, surrounded by fresh sea air and in a very comfortable and relaxed house. Our cleaning rating was affected in 2024 by cleaners who did not care for the property. We found out the job was not getting done, we have resolved this issue 😊
