L'Heritier is a tranquil idyll in rural South West France, near to the bustling market towns of Villeréal and Monpazier. The gîte is fully equipped for all your needs, with a lovely outside terrace, spacious living room with wood-burner if you stay with us in colder months, and use of the pool in the summer. You are surrounded by beautiful countryside with the nearest town only 5 minutes drive away to excellent restaurants, cafés and a weekly market. Bergerac Airport is 30 minutes away.

Refurbished between 2022 and 2024, Gites de Verger have everything you need for a getaway with friends or family.  The three gites (sleeping 6, 6 & 4) can be rented separately or together, accommodating a maximum of 16 people so are great for a group holiday.   A large shared terrace and outside kitchen area is perfect for larger gatherings and communal dining.   Separate terraces for each gite allow smaller groups some privacy while still enjoying the pool, large hot tub and garden.

Vous avez de nombreuses activités autour (balade, canoë, villages, marchés gourmands…)🌻 Elle est située au calme sur une petite route sans issue et l été vous pouvez vous mettre à l’ombre d un tilleul centenaire 🌳 Idéal pour la déconnection 📵 il n’y a pas de wifi !!!

With stunning views of rolling hills, forests, and the historic Château de Duras, this 105 sq. metre (344 sq. ft.) home offers the perfect countryside retreat. For larger groups or added flexibility, a charming three-bedroom gîte is located next door.
