Comprising one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, kitchen - dining area, bathroom and veranda. Equipped with everything you need for a holiday, it has parking, communal washing machine with another apartment, oven, TV and air conditioning. Present the veranda with table and chairs for eating outside. The house is in a quiet area of the village, surrounded by a few houses. The country is small, but with the main services such as supermarket, Bancomat, post office, pharmacy,etc. The sandy beach of Lido delle Rose is a few hundred meters, but in a car or bikes are easy to reach places south of Tortoli and S. Maria Navarrese to the north. Several activities in the area: hiking, climbing, trekking, boat trips in the Gulf of Orosei and much more. Distance from Cagliari: 1 hour and 30 minutes and from Olbia 2 hours.
