The base capacity is 8 people in 4 bedrooms, for additional 2 guests we provide extra beds. Facilities include sauna, ski-room with a hot-air boot dryer and roofed parking space on the property. Privacy is guaranteed by a large fenced garden. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and local ski slopes. Garden Finnish sauna is for an additional fee.

Moderní stylová chata v nádherné horské vesnici v Krušných horách. Vlastní koupací sud s vířívkou - vytápění dřevem. Za příplatek (450 Kč na den (20€)). V případě 4 a více dní sleva na 300 Kč na den (13 €)). Neomezené užívání. 15 minut autem do lyžařského areálu Klínovec. Terasa se střechou. Chata má vlastní zahradu. Je chráněna ze tří stran stromy. Topení možné pouze v krbu. Pokud chcete parkovat u chaty když je sníh, je nutné mít auto 4x4 ( chata není u hlavní cesty).

In einer Höhe von 850 m erwarten Euch Natur pur, Ruhe, unverfälschte Bergwiesen und viele Wander- und Radwege. Im Winter startet direkt hinter dem Haus die Jugelloipe mit Anschluß an die Kammloipe und tschechische Skimagistrale. Mehrere Ski-Abfahrtshänge sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. A living room with a fantastic view over the mountains & the lake. The bath has a shower, bathtub, WC & bidet. The house has a big terrace and a garden with a lawn. It´s an ideal start for walking, bicycle or skiing tours in the beautiful Ore Mountains.

Wir haben sie mit liebevoll und qualitativ hochwertig restaurierten Vollholzmöbeln eingerichtet. Es gibt einen kleinen Kamin und echt erzgebirgische Hingucker aus dem Weihnachtsland.

Die Wohnung liegt in Tannenberg (Erzgebirge) einen ruhigen Dorf unweit der Großen Kreisstadt Annaberg-Buchholz im Weihnachtsland Erzgebirge. Wohnung ca. 80qm mit Küche ,Wohnzimmer, Flur, Schlafzimmer Bad und kleinen Wintergarten sowie einer dazu gehörigen Terrasse.
