River's Edge - Private Suite

Our home is located in historic Louisa County in Central Virginia on a five-acre wooded lot facing the South Anna River. Richmond is 30 minutes away and Charlottesville is less than an hour. The entire lower level of our home is used for the Airbnb. (We live in the upper level.) The decor is "homey" with some personal items. Children, pets, and smoking are not allowed. The internet is fast and cell phones work with WiFi calling. Food deliveries are not available due to our remote location.

Located about 15 minutes from UVA and downtown Charlottesville. Our home offers the ideal balance of comfort and convenience. The primary bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, and you’ll have plenty of space to stretch out with large front and back yards—great for walking your dog or simply enjoying the outdoors.

The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and necessities you need to enjoy your stay. We have a great dock that you can lounge and hang out on as well as dock your boat or jet ski's. Property is equipped with a Ring camera doorbell located at the front door. Owner is a licensed active VA Realtor.

This space is nestled on the back of the property and offers a cozy and warm environment with many wonderful amenities. While at the farm, you can pet and feed the variety of farm animals, fish at the pond, enjoy some great farm games and catch a glimpse of nature.

Hawkwood House King Bedroom

Hawkwood House is close to Charlottesville, VA. It is in a 100-acre wood. Two guests share downstairs bedroom. Guests may use upper floor only with prior arrangements. It is a very quiet, peaceful setting. It is located near historic sites from colonial times of the United States and the Civil War and near Charlottesville VA and homes to three early US presidents (Monticello, Ash Lawn and Montpelier).

Pet-Friendly Country Farm House on Pond Farm stay hosted by Julie and Rick Bring your dogs. We have a huge fenced yard for them to play in. Come and enjoy the peace and quiet. We have 40 acres of fields and woods to help you relax a little. With over a mile of maintained trails you can take your pet for a long walk.  Have a corn hole match or barbecue and just relax. Wineries and breweries are nearby.
