Enjoy a private apartment with its own kitchenette and living room at the Empire Lounge. The bedroom features an ensuite bathroom and king bed. 'Only 1/2 a mile from the Superdome and Smoothie King Arena! There is a wall mounted smart TV in the bedroom! Please note there is an attached music venue known for hosting concerts and local events. There is a potential for noise in the suite, as well as armed security for events with over 500 people. Guests have access to the private parking lot.

Surrounded by history, The Firehouse was originally a volunteer fire station. This two bedroom apartment completely refurbished with modern amenities, gives our guest the feeling of becoming a fireman . Surrounded by history, a man can’t help but be in awe of the old tools used. Not forgetting that every woman dreams of romance. Our master bedroom with it’s fireplace and mood lighting by itself qualifies as romantic. Then add a shower for two. The firehouse has something for everyone.

Experience a perfect New Orleans getaway at the Marigny Inn! Just a few blocks to either the French Quarter OR the legendary Frenchman Street. Hip, colorful and the perfect place to unwind, this historic Inn was built around 1860, & is comfortable & cozy, with hardwood floors and great A/C. Relax with a daiquiri while taking a dip in the hot tub, or unwind each evening with a glass of wine on a porch swing while listening to the sounds of brass bands drifting over from Frenchman Street!

Casa Capone, Salt Pool & Spa, Marigny/French Qrtr

The whole group will enjoy easy access to the French Quarter, Marigny, and the best bars, restaurants and activities from this centrally located property. Casa Capone (see below for history) is a property with 5 bedrooms that sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably. We have laundry and 4 full bathrooms, as well as a large dining room and exterior dining area for everyone to congregate. Our pool & spa are brand new, salt-water, and the pool can be heated during the cooler months of the year.

Gulf Front Suite - 2 Bedrooms with Kitchen

Wake up at our Gulf Front Suite with a view of Louisiana's gulf coast. This two bedroom suite is located at the Inn, directly on the beach. The Gulf Front Suite has one of two options: (a) #5 has a double bed in each bedroom and a single bed and a futon in the living room; (b) #6 has a double and a single in each bedroom and a futon in the living area or (c) #7a. Our full-size kitchen includes a refrigerator, sink, electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, and dishes.

Authentic New Orleans—- you’ll know it when you see it. Our interesting neighborhood is close to everything your friends told you about, Bourbon Street, Frenchmen Street, etc…, but it far enough away to discover what it means to fall in love with the real New Orleans. Our neighborhood is full of colorful amenities. We are walking distance to the French Quarter, but you will be living in the real city while you are here. You belong at La Belle Esplanade.

The Old City Hotel is beautifully situated on the banks of the Bayou Teche in Historic Downtown Breaux Bridge. The front portion of the house was built in circa 1811-1812.
