Relax and enjoy a walk-able neighborhood after exploring the many activities of the city. I live downstairs and enjoy meeting our guests upon arrival. Small cottage with full kitchen. Small pets allowed 20lbs/9kg for a $20 per day charge. Guest must let me know about pet in advance as well as send a copy of rabies vaccination certificate for the animal. Pet Charges will be handled at check out after a walk through. Any damage charges will be handled through AirBnB.
