Relax with the whole family in this peaceful place to stay in the beautiful Floyds Knobs area. 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bath, full kitchen with brand new appliances, huge living room area, patio with views of the woods, and a campsite down by the stream fed from a fresh water spring. Parking for 3 cars in the driveway, **owners live in the main residence upstairs **, so finding help with any questions about the area or anything you need can be addressed very quickly. No access to/from main home upstairs.

It's only 3.5 miles from downtown and approx. 2 from Churchill Downs. It has a full kitchen, bath, in-unit washer/dryer, and sleeping space for 3 adults. This apartment is sure to meet every vacation need. The comfort-tested mattresses are both new with 1.5 - 2in. memory foam toppers.

Our walk-out basement suite has everything you need, along with privacy and a lot of local, international, and fast food restaurants within a 5 minute drive. A beautiful neighborhood for a stroll, with several historic landmarks. Neighborhood is partially wooded, you may see wild turkeys, fox, and owls! 2 min from 700acre Iroquois Park, 10min from Churchill Downs, 17 minutes from downtown, and 7 minutes from the Louisville International airport.

Recently remodeled in law suite. We just upgraded the bed to a queen size. Very private, detached garage getaway. A cozy sitting area 60" CableTV with HBO SHOWTIME and STARZ. Wet bar with fridge, ice maker, coffee maker, microwave, hot plate, dishes and some cookware. Private bath has shower and a walk in closet. This private apt. is above the garage. Outside has fenced in yard for your furry friend, outdoor fire pit and sitting area. Close to the interstate and minutes from downtown.

Private Prospect Flat

Two bedroom apartment located on picturesque Covered Bridge Road in Prospect, KY. There is a separate entrance with plenty of parking. Beautiful views of Kentucky landscape from every window. Our property is four acres with a meandering stream, forest, and fields. There is a fully stocked kitchen including a dishwasher. The main bedroom includes a work space area and two closets. Feel free to grab a few eggs for breakfast if there are eggs in the nesting boxes.

Private section of home. There are no shared spaces, so you have privacy, but I do live on the other side of the house which is divided by a locked door. You have your own entrance through the front door, and off street parking. My entrance is the back of the house through the gate, which is off limits. Please be aware that 2 cats live on my side of the house, for those of you with allergies, but they won't have access to your space when you’re there.

We also provide a fold out desk that guests can use for a remote work space if desired.

We want your pets (and ours) to be as safe and comfortable as you are, and the fee covers additional costs to complete allergen level sanitization.

Private, well-lit, entrance is in rear of home. The space is approx. 600sq. ft. There is a gas fireplace, 42" HD TV w/Netflix & Amazon Prime. Kitchen has Keurig coffee maker, convection oven, inferred glass top burner, microwave, refrigerator/freezer w/ice, washer/dryer& a large marble shower, with heated floors in the shower room. Also space equipped w/ Medify air purifier w/H13 true Hepa medical grade filter.

One Room Apartment with Private Off Street Parking

Room is a stand alone efficiency with a kitchenette, blackout curtains, and reclining queen bed. It has one designated parking space and seperate entrance. Unit has private bath and walk in closet, and kitchenete. Also has refeigerator, coffee maker, work desk microwave, 42" smart tv, Ninja airfryer oven, and couch. Private porch with table and chairs. Close/secure single parking space.
