Your stay includes exclusive use of the main house (2 bed/1 bath), separate studio house (1 bed/1 bath), the lake toys (lily pad/kayak/paddleboard), sandy beach and dock. Spend your days swimming & your nights eating smores by 1 of the 2 fire pits (portable fire pit by house or fire ring on the beach) (complimentary fire wood provided). Quiet country getaway with a beautiful wooded setting! Enjoy the sunrise from the front porch with your morning coffee and the beautiful sunsets from the back deck before you retire for the night in this cozy retreat. A very serene view! We are 36 miles to Eppley Airfield, 35 miles to CHI Health Center, 25 miles to Charles Schwab Field, & 33 miles to the Old Market Omaha. If you want to slow it down, we are close to Slattery Vintage Estates Winery & Round the Bend Steakhouse.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. It is 25 minutes from downtown Omaha which includes the CHI event center, Charles Schwab baseball field and the Old Market and our housing development has an 18 hole golf course, club house and restaurant located just down the road from our house. I feel the BEST and most UNIQUE thing about our property is the deck that gives you an amazing view of the Platte river valley and amazing sunsets!!!

We are 20 to 25 minutes south of Omaha in a secluded area with lots of trees and wildlife.
