Penelope’s Village Stone House

The house is made of stone and was built in 2020 having the traditional style of the old village as a standard. It is located in the upper neighborhood of Makryotika, a sunny semi-mountainous village with an excellent microclimate. It is built aphitheatrically with view to Agia Efimia's bay, where the most services are located. Additionally, the famous Myrtos beach is only 10 minutes away by car. In the picturesque square you will find a Mini Market and two taverns with great local cuisine.

This is a stone studio only a few min walk away from the beach. Though it is located a short scroll away from Kioni port, one of the most popular and beautiful ports of the Ionian, a short walk away the other side, you will find yourself in a rural area, where farmers keep their animals and harvest the land with olive trees. Mirtula House is situated in the center of the village Makriotika in Kefalonia. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living room with full equipped kitchen. There is also private parking. Agia Efimia is only 5 minutes. Myrtos beach is just 5 km from Mirtula House. You can find a traditional taverna 50 metres away.
