Este apartamento, do Tipo T-3, está localizado em pleno Centro Histórico da Cidade de Loulé, junto à Igreja Matriz e a poucos metros do Mercado Municipal, Castelo, Banhos Islâmicos, Praça da República e do Comércio Local. Dista cerca de 20 minutos das zonas turísticas de Vilamoura, Quarteira, Vale do Lobo, Qtª do Lago e do Aeroporto, de automóvel.

The house is located in the historic part of town, Mouraria, reserved to the Moors when Christians took the town in 1249. Lovingly restored to preserve the caché of the traditional housing it is fully equipped and provides all modern comfort. Set in a quiet street, it is only steps away from the famous market hall and the busy center of Loulé where you can stroll at leisure in the pedestrian streets with their cafés, bars and restarurants. La maison est légèrement en retrait par rapport à la rue, peu fréquentée, et offre beaucoup de tranquillité. A trois minutes à pied du centre de Loulé.
