Chariclea Villas Retreat: Main House

The Main House is the largest of the three independent homes at Chariclea Villas Retreat, offering privacy and tranquility in a stunning natural setting. Designed for up to 6 adults and 2 children, it features a cozy living room with a fireplace and panoramic sea views. The spacious dining area and fully-equipped kitchen create the perfect space for memorable meals and gatherings. The property also includes the Eco House and the Guest House, each with its own private entrance and parking area.

Blue Garden 2

Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The Houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The project is stil in development.

Enjoy a stylish experience in this centrally located home. Our flat is 900 m from Ladies Beach and 10-15 minutes away by walk. There is also a wonderful swimming pool with sea view belonging to the building. 1.5 km to Bus Station 2.1 km to Güvercinada 2.4 km to Kusadasi Port 3.5 km to Setur Marina 20 km to Ephesus and the Virgin Mary Church Our flat is in a new building with a total of three floors, the ground, first and second floors. The apartment is located on the first floor.
