It’s Home away from home, beautiful secluded neighborhood, only 20 min from both airports, 5 min off the I-15 Freeway, quick access anywhere, ski canyons, bike trails, restaurants, outlets, shopping, grocery stores, parks, and entertainment close by. We added this guest house in 2023, it’s a two story with a bedroom, bathroom, 65’ TV on each level, great for sharing with friends. Guest house not connected to main house, a private driveway to a big park like yard, on site parking with security.

This perfectly located home base in a quiet, upscale neighborhood near freeway, provides easy access to all SLC has to offer. 25 minutes to downtown, 26 minutes to airport, just over 30 minutes to ski resorts. This suite is connected to our residence, which is occupied by just my husband, myself and our Toy Fox Terrier, Levi (occasionally, our adult children and grands are here). Use of fire pit/backyard can be arranged with owner when available. EXCLUSIVE use of HOT TUB for your stay.

This 1 BD/1 BA luxurious space is only a 30 minute drive to the ski resorts in SLC, 50 minutes to Park City, 20 minutes to the SLC Airport, 20 minutes to Downtown SLC, 25 minutes to Provo. Centrally located to everything, you can really enjoy your stay in UT. Our space is beautifully decorated and the complex has tons of amenities such as pool, foosball, work space, swimming pool, hot tub, pickle-ball court, grilling area for BBQs, workout room, yoga room, arcade area, and much more.

Cozy basement suit in a quiet neighborhood

This is a nice comfortable basement. It has one queen bed, sofa bed and I have a queen air mattress available as needed. It has a bathroom and closet. The suit is equipped with a full fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and a smart TV for your own convenience and comfort. It does not have a private entrance, but the basement door is close to the garage door, so you will have a direct entrance to the studio. You will be close to the freeway, train and shopping centers.

Private Studio Apartment, in South Jordan

Newly remodeled, private, basement apartment with separate entrance. Our space is a large studio apartment with a full size kitchen, washer and dryer for your private use. ** Please note that above the apartment is the hosts kitchen area. With a family of 7 living in the house there can be a fair amount of foot traffic and noise.** Approx. 15 min. from SLC airport, 37 min.Snowbird, 27 min. to downtown Salt Lake. This rental requires that tenants can safely get down stairs.

This is a private entry finished basement with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and living room. A shared (with host only)patio, hot tub and laundry room. Enjoy the convenience of being close to multiple shops, stores and food in the heart of Herriman with quick access to Mountain View Village. Also close to numerous trails for walking, hiking, biking and running! No Smoking Allowed anywhere on the property! No Smokers as the residue still ends up in our home.

Riverton Full Studio Bed with Kitchen

Welcome to our humble studio attic BnB, perfect for a getaway or work retreat. This space offers all the essentials for an modest and straightforward stay if you appreciate simplicity. It features a private entrance and private kitchen, bathroom, and studio room with a King Sized Bed. A desk and dining table are in unit for office work and gigabit internet is included. There is a grocery store, laundromat, and VASA within the block.
