On Beauty Point's waterfront, overlooking kanamaluka / River Tamar, Beachside is a unique and spacious Arts and Crafts style home with enviable views from almost every window. Built in 1950, she is - as guests have described: a "perfectly imperfect" - old dame, lovingly maintained as a comfortable home. The decor & furnishings are in keeping with that era, while gentle renovations provide modern conveniences in the kitchen & bathrooms. And the region's best fish & chippy is almost next door!

Self contained studio. 35 ks north of Launceston

Suitable for couples and solo travelers. Self contained studio room with double bed includes. Kitchenette and en suite bathroom. It is attached to main house, with private entrance on small acreage.. Internet, tea coffee, light breakfast ingredients, iron, hairdryer and use of washing machine included Close to wineries, strawberries farm, the West Tamar tourist areas and Northern beaches. Near main road so some traffic noise during day, is quiet at night. Not suitable for Quarantine.

'Gumpy by the Sea' is a unique , small, cosy, and self-contained space that blends art with nature. Situated closely behind the main pole house residence (at a lower level), you can enjoy ocean and garden views - from a sitting position: at the bar, deck, or from the bed. A short walk down the road, and follow a track to the beach. Experience a star lit sky at night, then cocoon yourself inside the compact space, listening to the waves! Suited to the solo traveller or quiet couple.

Escape and Relax on the banks of the Tamar!

Get lost on the banks of the Tamar river. With 180 degree views of the river, a cozy lounge with wood heater and everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and restorative stay. Relax on the deck, explore the river bank and have a fish off the jetty or even a swim (shoes on and check the tide) Deviot is 30 minutes from Launceston city, close to many boutique wineries. But when you are relaxing in your chalet you'll feel million miles from anywhere.

Greens Beach Family Holiday Home

Our "shack" at Greens Beach is a comfortable holiday home for our family (including 2 dogs!) and we have tried to set it up for all the activities that the area offers (and we love!). It is 5 minutes walk to the beach (less if you have a Labrador or large water loving dog!), shop, golf club and tennis courts. We have provided most of the basics for these activities! It is a perfect spot to relax or a base to explore what the Tamar Valley has to offer!

You can sleep in quality beds and soak in the outdoor spa. Enjoy the outdoor or indoor fire, while you use one of our special card decks to reconnect. Kick back on the plush, linen sofas and enjoy a book or just rest. The beach is directly opposite with many enchanting walkways.

Sandpiper is a stunning beach house only minutes from the Lagoon Beach. Enjoy the open fire, chill out in our spacious lounge or explore the local beaches, bike or food and wine trails. There are 3 bedrooms to choose from: a king, queen or twin rooms. Two and a half bathrooms and a modern kitchen/dining room are perfect for families to self cater. The entire house and yard is private, spacious and yours to enjoy.

Mooring 91 Waterfront accommodation on Tamar River

Mooring 91 is a bright 2 bedroom property set on the bank of the Tamar River. Mooring 91 has been created to accommodate 2-4 guests. You will be comfortable year round with a reverse cycle air conditioner. The kitchen boasts a full sized gas stove top and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and a Nespresso coffee machine. The bathroom also has a hair dryer and straightener and Tasmanian made guest amenities.

The Clan Cabin

The Cabin is a 1 Bedroom cottage (interior 45m2) built in 2019 below our existing house and looking north over Tam O'Shanter Beach to Bass Strait. There is a queen bed, full kitchen, bathroom and laundry plus undercover outdoor area (20m2). The cabin overlooks Lulworth/Tam O'Shanter Beach (1km+ of sand).
