Relax & enjoy wildlife from the serenity of the suite, on deck chairs or in the brand new private hot tub! In summer, your private deck is perfect for watching eagles, loons, ducks, swans and fish while enjoying cocktails or BBQ. For the lake, use a stand up paddle board or canoe from our stash. Winter? bring your own skiis for the groomed trail on the lake. A neatly appointed kitchenette gets you through the basics. Use the grill for bigger meals. Max 2 guests, both 21 & older, no exceptions.

Mt Marathon Charm Historic Downtown

Premier location in Historic Downtown! This charming and cozy 1 bedroom is located just 1 block from Resurrection Bay, the Sea Life Center and downtown shops and restaurants. We are one of Sewards Historic buildings and part of the Historic walking tour. This rental has been renovated to provide modern amenities, but we kept some of the historic charm. Small but quaint with queen bed, private bath, sitting area, kitchenette and outdoor area. Free Shuttle and walking path 1 block away.

Renfro's Lakeside Retreat Cabins

Nestled in the heart of the Kenai Mountains, Renfro's Lakeside Retreat is located on emerald green Kenai Lake. Renfro's offers five unique cabins which are located on the lake. Renfro's offers spectacular views of huge snow capped mountains and a 30-mile long lake. This pristine retreat has the feel of true wilderness and yet is located only 20 miles from Seward. This means you are within driving distance of the activities people want to see and experience while on the Kenai Peninsula.

Stryde The Tyde Seaside Cottages have a beachy, farmhouse vibe with amazing views of Resurrection Bay and the famous Mt. Marathon. Located in downtown Seward, just one block up from the ocean, breeze on in and enjoy watching sea lions and otters frolic around the bay or catch a glimpse of a beautiful bald eagle flying overhead. With one bedroom, featuring a king size bed, and a spacious loft, featuring 2 queen size beds, Stryde The Tyde Seaside Cottages can sleep 6 guests comfortably.

On the Port side, this one bedroom, one bathroom property with full kitchen, large living area, soaking tub, private balcony, dining area and breathtaking views, is perfect for a family adventure, romantic getaway, or a relaxing escape with friends.

A Cottage on the Bay

A cottage on the bay is a beach front house with 3 bedrooms, each looking out over Resurrection Bay. A well supplied kitchen and living room allow you to relax while watching the ocean and mountains. The large front deck expands into a sitting area with fire pit, looking over the beach. Stoke the cedar sauna and enjoy walks to the north and south while it warms up! The whales, sea lions, seals, otters and birds make this place truly unique.

Rustic Roots Seaside Blush Cabin (ADA)

Rustic Roots Cabins offers 7 nightly units. Our Blush Seaside Cabin is an accessible, spacious, waterfront cabin with amazing views of Resurrection Bay. The cabin is ADA-accessible, beachfront, and perfect for 2 guests. It includes a roll-in shower, accessible ramp, queen-size bed, sitting area, small kitchenette with microwave, mini-fridge, and two burner stove, outdoor patio with BBQ, private firepit, and private beach access.

Downtown Seward Lodging

Your rental is located on the bottom floor with 3-bedrooms, 1-bath, full kitchen, & living room in the downstairs vacation rental. This unit is fully furnished with an Alaskan feel. We are just one block to downtown Seward. Stay with Seward Chalet and cook from home, or walk just one block and enjoy the local restaurants and shops. Your host are on site, and available all day and until 10pm each night.
