Im Erdgeschoß erwartet Sie ein geräumiger, lichtdurchfluteter Wohn- und Essbereich mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche inkl. Weinkühler. Die Flügeltüren öffnen sich hier zur Sonnenterrasse mit anschließendem kleinen Naturgarten. Im Obergeschoß befinden sich die zwei Schlafräume und das große Badezimmer. Eines der Zimmer verfügt zusätzlich über eine charmante Galerie als Rückzugsraum.

Our wonderful townhouse is brandnew and built with love and care. Located in one of my favorite districts of Vienna and close to Schönbrunn (castle, garden and zoo). The townhouse is easy to reach via public transport (or taxi) from Airport, Bus- and Trainstation. Subway is a 5 minute walk and takes you the main shopping street in 2 stops; to the heart of Vienna (old town) in 6 stops. I am happy to help you with all the details or information you need. The house in the beautiful Hinterbrühl is located in a small street with little traffic. The Vienna forest directly adjoins this and invites you to hike, climb and walk. The garden is especially beautiful in summer and the terrace is like a second living room. Since the cottage is inhabited, you usually have to share the kitchen and the garden, because another person is present.
