In the Canadian Rockies Hamlet of Dead Man's Flats (5 min drive from Canmore) this "new" 600 sqft 1 queen bedroom suite & living area full queen Murphy bed (no pull out couch here!) makes this a perfect place to stay for a 1-4 people. We are a 5 minute walk to the river. Easy walk to restaurant and corner store. This is a basement suite and we have young children. This place is great and more affordable compared to Canmore especially if you want to be a short drive from the crowds and tourists.

Brand new home with a completely separate walk-out basement suite. We can accommodate 4 people, and a 5th in a single sized cot, some pets welcome for a fee. National Park pass provided, but must be requested & returned prior to check-out. The suite is a fully stocked modern retreat, that is a short three minute walk through the nature reserve to the beautiful Bow River. Only a 10 minute drive to Canmore, 30 minute drive to Banff, and close to Kananaskis Country. DEVELOPMENT PERMIT NO.19/20
